To optimize fine dust management, a metal cyclonic separator equipped with an antistatic filter was also connected to the system. This unit safely captures a significant portion of the dust before it reaches the main extraction unit.

The installation also includes a utility inlet equipped with an extension hose, making it easier and more efficient to clean the nearby bread oven.
